Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a Lebanese/British lawyer, human rights activist, and charitable philanthropist. Following her graduation from the Oxford University School of Law she embarked on a successful and long-lasting career in human rights and international law. Her prominent clients included countries like Armenia that was battling for the recognition of Armenian Genocide in Turkey. Amal Clooney was engaged in 2014 and later married American actor George Clooney. She instantly became an household name. Prior to this, she was already been well known in the legal world because of her capacity to advocate for clients. Her job is to represent multinational corporations during court hearings and discussions about government regulation, and also human rights and social justice. In 2015, she's a barrister, which is a kind of legal representative within British court at the London-based Doughty Street Chambers.
